Combining Yoga & Boudoir

Flashback Friday to one of my very first fitness-inspired boudoir sessions! Ms. H was ready to embrace a new chapter in her life personally and professionally. An intimate photo shoot was something new that was out of her comfort zone, but she knew that she was finally ready to step in front of the camera and show up for herself to highlight her expertise and growth.

Ms. H wanted to document and celebrate her self-love journey and I think we did just that! We had a natural-light indoor boudoir shoot with several different looks including implied nudes. Here’s a little about what Ms. H shared about her session:

“Life is full of up-and-downs , sadly most of us define ourselves by our downs…but this session helped turned a down in life, into an up! I chose to find the strength, I chose to find a beauty, and I chose to love myself just as I am. However I was blessed enough to have a guide, who didn’t need to know my story, she was just there.
