Three Days Before

  • Make sure your eyebrows are nicely shaped and groomed

  • Exfoliate your face and lips

  • Drink plenty of water for luminous skin

  • If you wax, do so a few days before your session to avoid any bumpiness or redness

  • If you’re planning to get your hair cut or colored, give yourself a few days to make sure you’re happy with it

  • Watch your salt intake (and other bloaty foods)

  • Try on your outfits to make sure they fit properly. Remove all tags and labels.

  • Double check everything is properly packed and ready for your shoot: heels, outfits, and jewelry

  • Plan for a relaxed, quiet morning before your shoot

On the day of your shoot…
